in the video below, watch JD give two talkers the glare of death at about 0:30-0:35; and he does it one other time about a minute later - they left after that. they were stupid.
A great moment. He even yelled a line of the song just to make his point.

The 4AD site and JD's discography on this site both say 2003. 4AD says 1/27/03. Even if it's that date Evil's point is well taken. It was still a very busy year.

I have the NFJ promo cassette, a burnt CD that JD gave me of the only copy of a radio session that never got released and the original lyric sheet for the song Whon (from West Texas Orphans).
Oh.. I also have Satanic Messiah test pressings.
Jeff has me beat. I only have one uber rarity of which I shall not speak. However, a photo of it can be found on my flickr!

I need a blue AED and a black SfPH. Also, I need that Ha-Ha-Hannukah cassette. I didn't even try to bid against WC on that one. Other than that I don't think I'm missing anything, including all the compilation appearances. I even took it the extreme step of having all the different media for each release, vinyl, CD, cassette, colored vinyls, etc. it's a sickness!

The 2009-12-7 set wasn't an in-studio at KEXP. The interview was done a few days earlier at Cutting Room Studios in NYC. That might have something to do with it not showing up on the KEXP website.

Hi quifit
A bit of trivia. Lucifer sam wasn't played before the LA Masonic Hall show. It started with This Glass House from Christian Death since JD's friend Rozz Williams is at the cemetery. The next night at the Troubadour was back to Lucifer Sam.
