I've seen tons of interviews with these people and there really is no reasoning with them. For lack of better management of the situation, I wouldn't throw stones at anyone who decides to take them out of the gene pool. I have a ton of guitars lying around my room, most of which not in playable condition, a few of them in very good condition. Rather than save up and buy myself something really nice, I tend to spend small bucks on junkers, yard sale finds, and crappy 70's guitars, and then play frankenstien.
