I have a fix for this problem. I fast forwarded past a lot of posts in this thread so apologies if it's already been offerred.
At some date so that The 500 have received their tapes, they should all play them as loud as they can out their window at the same time. Say Midnight GMT. If my math is correct, that should mean it will be audible at any point in the world. The World! </MickeyRooney
