I dusted these off* a few days ago:

London Philharmonic Orchestra - Symphonic Pink Floyd

London Philharmonic Orchestra - Symphonic Led Zeppelin

*by "dusted off" I of course mean typed "symph"** into my itunes search bar.
**I actually had to type "symphonic," because "symph" left in "Symphony of Destruction" by Megadeth.

Frank Turner - England Keep My Bones

this guy started out in a punk band, re-invented himself as an acoustic modern troubador, and re-built his sounds back up to a rollicking, rocking party that still has burning passion. Currently on "I Still Believe" ("who'd have guessed, after all/something as simple as rock n' roll would save us all"/) which I dig and "Glory Hallelujah" is a nice "Dear God" equivalent for the current generation.

I gotta admit, I put that one on because I was in an inexplicably sad mood. I'm not sure whether I like that one or Highway 61 more, the two are always changing as my favorite depending on my mood.

Art Brut is great. Also nice setup there, SF.
Kinda funny as I don't think you can even tell if it's plugged into anything!, but I like that I'm the third generation of my family with a Pro-ject player.

SWV - Agreed, These Animal Menswe@r's fantastic (though RE: AB b-sides Maternity Ward just edges it for me, being what I whispered to my youngest brother, meeting him for the first time 7 years ago.)

As Doc, think I'm going to have to put Early Times on (a wonderful deep translucent red on tape) and be lulled into an awkward sleep dreaming of the Walnut Falcon.

Hey, I have this album! My girlfriend brought it from South Africa as a souvenir years ago, and, shame on me, I haven't listened to it properly yet...
