I couldn't really find a thread where we could share our favorite current kickstarter campaigns so I thought I'd start one. Here are a couple of projects I'm backing do you have any cool projects you're currently backing?

I'm backing both of those too. Simon Joyner on NPR this past sunday was kind of exciting. When Simon goes on tour for the album I'll be booking him in my town, super excited about that.

I kind of want to donate more to DoubleFine, like I'd put $75 if they were willing to do stuff like offer old games like Steam copies of Costume Quest and Stacking. Been meaning to play them forever.

Well the kickstarter is funded so I know I'm getting my album. It'd be nice if more people signed up for it but thankfully I know my album will be coming soon!

What plan did you go for? I wanted a shirt and a demo cd in there somewhere.

Oh how I wanted that Umbillical Chords LP but I can't afford that.

That's pretty cool, I remember the vlog brothers talking about him being an influence but I've never watched any of his videos.

Eef Barzelay has one. Some neat bonuses, too. If I had the money, I'd donate $200 and get him to cover one of my songs, which would be a sweet PR move as it would be guaranteed a spot on his next bandcamp covers compilation.

Hm, maybe I should start a Kickstarter to give me $200 to give to his Kickstarter...

the music tapes present the traveling imaginary

so many ridic rewards like the banjo julian koster played on a ton of albums inc. in the aerplane over the sea & a jillion nmh live shows. also singing saw lessons, paintings, super-rare albums, etc
