I'm glad you noticed my capitalization of the ailment, nay, DISEASE. Not enough has been done to prevent the suffering that Diarrhea can cause and the lack of interest into such research is clearly illustrated by the fact that people do not capitalize the word. I am merely doing my civic duty by drawing attention to the disease in the hopes that one day no one will be forced to shit our their intestines.

Why is it frustrating? I ask because he frustrates me since the last few albums. I know that people say he's getting better and better, but I find he's getting more and more boring. I mean, yes, the songs are still beautiful sometimes, and his voice always is, but "Lie Down in the Light", "Beware", "The Wonder Show of the World", even "The Letting Go" just didn't touch me anymore. I'm really bored with these albums. I miss the earlier days when he just wasn't that saturated and satisfied. When there was more longing and pain in his music, and when the music always seemed to be on the verge of falling apart.
Maybe it's just because our time together is simply over, but being more polished is something tMG or Bill Callahan handle pretty well, but not Will Oldham. I love his Palace days, I so love "I See a Darkness" and his other early Bonnie-Billy-stuff, but the recent albums...

Sorry for this rant, but here's some broken heart speaking...
