Here's a cool idea. acowkickedme could come up with who is going to have the first song on the album in advance, so they could start with saying "Hi, we're not the Mountain Goats!" Just a thought, it sounded pretty good.

That is, if we're going with that title.

glad there'll be proper packaging. if you guys could figure out the routing, i'll chip in to make sure the people who contributed to the comp will get a copy. if someone could get me enough copies to send out the participants, i'll make sure everyone gets mailed a copy.

still have to figure out whether my song will be anywhere in the same vein of the track or whether i'm going to have to go crazy avant-garde on it. should be interesting either way.

work on the packaging have now been started.
I will be making 84 in total: 50 to give away for donations, and 34 (one for each person who contributed)
as I've said before, I'll be covering the shipping the 50 donation copies, but people will need to give me the shipping costs of the 34 contributer copies, if they want them (whether that be by shipping them one by one, or sending them all to one person for them to distribute)

anyone in the uk I can probably just stick in the post

I am still trying to secure my backup band* for the cover, so I don't know that part yet, but I will email you the reason I picked my song today.


*actually, I will merely by joining the band for the cover, but it sounds much cooler the other way around.
