He just stopped posting. I could find the last post, but I'm lazy.

Aside from this post thanking everyone for the well wishes on the occasion of Roman's birth, this was his last post.

The whole archive is here.

He just stopped posting. I could find the last post, but I'm lazy. Anyway--his second to last post (I think) wasn't about why he was leaving but it certainly gives a good indication as to such. The place had become really nasty at points among different members and the relationship he had with it was getting excessively complicated (eg. people coming in, demanding things for/of/at him, being dicks about it). I can't blame him, really.

yeah, i just looked at his second to last post, and it's too depressing and sad to re-post. bad memories. I don't think he had any choice but to stop frequenting the forums, but he is surely missed.

he never shoulda been on here to begin with. didn't he realize? the next time we'll see sky, it'll be over another town. the next time we take a test, it'll be in some other school. the mountain goats, they want the best of stuff for us. but right now, they got to do what's right for them. because it's their time. their time! up there!

down here, it's our time. it's our time down here.

AND THAT'S ALL OVER THE SECOND WE RIDE UP TROY'S BUCKET!

Damn, he had to act like a mod in those last few posts. Definitely not his job to be a parent here.
I feel like with the size of this forum it would be strange to have him post here.

I frequent a forum of a defunct band on a small fan run website that hasn't been updated in 6 years, but the forum is still alive and kicking, and the two members who used to compose that band post there regularly and it works, but only because it is such a small forum (though somewhat well known band).

anyway, I have nothing to contribute to what this thread is actually about.

I remember that band! What was their name again? I believe one of those guys was named Cyrus, and the other was Jeff....
