feel free to do what you like now, aquarius just let me know they're out

John posted about Aquarius at 2:30, I placed my order with them at 3 and got an email that they couldn't fulfill my order. sad smiley

Good news is if JV has a lot (and doesn't sell them all at Sasquatch) I can get one from him!

But isn't out-of-control anxiety just so much more fun?

I kind of dig the out-of-control anxiety.. makes life interesting.

I got my shipping confirmation today, Alec, but I am hitting JV's tour so you are welcome to my 3bos LP. I know it means more to you than it does to me.

Thanks Caroline, you always were sweet (hence the name I suppose.) We'll work something out, I don't want to steal your chance at a bloodbath.

There is nothing like a good warm bloodbath.

Edit for photo.

Btw, I got my shipment today, so about 60 orders were sent earlier today, the rest to go out over the next few days.

Thanks, Tim!

Got the shipping notice, thanks again Tim!

just out of curiosity, if i got the shipping notice today, how long will it most likely take to reach australia?

also, thankyou!!
April 29, 2009 01:22PM | Re: Moon Colony Bloodbath!
I don't know how you had it shipped, but surface shipping from the US to Australia usually takes about 4-->8 weeks (sucks). Drop air or "premium surface" or whatever you want to call it usually takes 1-3 weeks. Air all the way averages about a week.

What I spend a lot of my free time doing.

Usually 7-10 days to Oz, but I've experienced times as short as 5 days from Chicago.

And you're welcome!

Actually my name was my sadistic attempt to annoy the hell out of everyone by having their internal minds automatically sing BOM BOM BOM! after reading my screenname.

That is a true fact.

aquarius records
thanks so much once again for your order!

as you know this record sold out in a flash, and we received confirmation from the distributor and john d. that they are out of stock and it is now out of print:
MOUNTAIN GOATS, THE / JOHN VANDERSLICE Moon Colony Bloodbath 12"

however, john v. has kindly agreed to supply us with a small final batch!

we should have them later today, and we will ship your order out as soon as they're here.

Whoo Hoo! Although I won't believe until I see it with Mayonnaise.

It restores my faith in humanity, the faith that I lost after hearing songs about cannibalism on the moon.

But seriously, dealing with nice people like Tim Adams and Aquarius Records makes me happy.

O.. also, if you didn't get the hint from my previous post... you might want to keep an eye on Aquarius Records as they might be selling more if not just filling back orders.

howd you make james brown laugh?

also, i cabbed it over to aquarius, just so i could see a stack of Moon Colony Bloodbath's on a record store shelf. It was pretty cool, i have to say.

Somehow the image of this really excites me. Weren't just a little tempted to look inside and check if one of those were green... I mean when the guy wasn't looking...

Awesome awesome. Can't wait to hear it, so thrilling.

When did smelling vinyl and doing a salty jig become suspicious? ;-)

Well Mike once told me; If it gives you a pant's tent.... That applies to music, ladies and vinyl (the music, not the couch).
