So, I have this idea which will either be a moderate success or fail wonderfully, but it seems fun to me. Basically, the game goes you post a picture that corresponds to some tMG lyric, then the next person responds with the lyric and his or her own picture.

For example:

Which would be, "I came to the gates of the fabled pink city, hungry and tired and cold."

Anyway, so here is the first one in the game. Gonna try to make it a bit easier to start:

Could be fun!

I'm guessing yours was: "I am drowing, there's no sight of land, you are coming down with me, hand in unlovable hand!"

And, mine:

It's "take your foot OFF of the brake/for Christ's sake!" but you had the right song/right idea.

This is, honestly, the most embarrassing thing to ever happen. (Although, in my defense, "Dilaudid" is not one of my favs...)

I'm gonna guess
"Anyone here mentions 'Hotel California' dies before the first line clears his lips"
as The Eagles are the topic of discussion at that particular point of the movie.

thumbs down Correct!

As for yours, I'm with Shlack. I'm pretty sure that's the line from "Grendel's Mother."

The words on the paper aren't especially important, though there is a fascinating story behind them.

I don't have a good feeling about this guess, but I'm going with "found a note on scented stationary, you were long gone"

Either way, I'll add this photo:
