nutopia, feel free to email me . . . if you want me to bang out a song for someone who doesn't submit.

I'll put in some extra leg work to get this thing moving too . . . I work pretty fast, have some time off this week, and can bring some trumpets to the table.

i'd prefer to try and get people who haven't submitted to participate, though the project before last (and maybe the last comp, i don't remember) relied on double-submissions. if it comes down to it, maybe we could get people collaborating on songs if we have to tap people who have already submitted? i'll send out e-mails now and see if i can get any yay or nay confirmations in regards to the submissions we are waiting for..

edit: i mean, i know we have a decent amount of songs that need to get tackled so i don't want to delay this any more than is necessary.. we'll see. lemme see if i can get any responses.

I've gotten responses from three people, and there are another three people who have not responded to my e-mails at all. I'm ready to reassign those three songs, so if anyone wants to tackle Pink and Blue, Blues in Dallas, or Crows, let me know.

Again, I'd prefer as few double-dippers as possible, so if anyone wants to do them cooperatively or at least in a different style as your previously submitted song, that would be greatly appreciated.

On a relevant note, Redlandsman87, VagabondKing, and Allegra, this is kinda the last call for you guys winking smiley If I don't hear from you before getting people offering to take over the tracks, I'm gonna have to reassign the songs. I've been checking my junk e-mail to make sure e-mails didn't just get missed, and I don't wanna give up on anyone that wants to participate, but we need to get this finished up.

Thanks!

Me and anyone else/everyone else will do a stunning rendition of the monkey robot love song otherwise known as pink and blue.

I love "Crows"! One of the more underrated tMG songs. So I could try tackling that, perhaps? And I certainly wouldn't mind teaming up with someone.

PS. I'll be leaving for Sweden early Thursday next week, and will be gone until Tuesday May 15th, so would either have to work fast-ish to finish it before then, or sometime after.

I probably can't do a whole track but I would LOVE to team up with The Society of Poor Academics, given the chance... Does that work for you Eivind?

I could go for a collab too. It would be a ton of fun to finally work with someone else musically. Also, that way I'm just 1.5x dipping...

Sure! Depending a bit on the approach, of course. I'm still no good at the accordion. But send me an e-mail (if you haven't already), and we'll talk!

As long as we get some of that precious YouTube internet money. Ie., yes, as long as shlack doesn't mind.
