I've thought of doing that before, the tabs are readily available.

The thing is, the chords to when he plays it on guitar live are readily available. The Casio notes to the album version are nowhere to be found.

Yeah, but I'm doin on the guitar anyhow, maybe adding a similar backbeat, but I dunno, do I wanna go for the complete casio sound?

I like the mp3 cos you can barely tell I'm not playing an acoustic! Heads up, it's no different from the audio on the video really, just in an mp3 form so anyone could grab it rather than watch our sexy (pun intended) video.

Man, that is beautiful Jonty, don't think I've found something of yours I dislike yet. It also shows why I never record songs on camera like that anymore, glances at the camera while you're not singing are awkward.

I'm gonna bump my cover of I've Got the Sex while drop.io is still around.

@ MrGlass: That's awesome! The electric guitar and bass give it a truly eerie and unique feeling. I had tried to do a metal version myself at first, which I would have titled I've Got the Sex (Going To War Version) based on one notable description John gives of the song on some bootleg I have of it.

@Jonty - intense, man, loads of feeling went into that and the "yeah!"'s we're awesome.

@MrGlass - Your style continues to intrigue me. It's so very unique and it grows on me with every listen of your stuff, covers and originals. I like that people cover songs in a similar fashion to the orginal (especially with the enthusiasm that all on this thread have done) but it's also good to see an original take on a song and yours definitely does that.
